At McDonald Surveys we know that our team, our work and our relationships with clients are stronger when we can learn from diverse cultures, experiences and perspectives.
That’s why we are excited to be partnering with NUDGE Foundation to create a surveying career pathway for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
Who is NUDGE?
NUDGE is a for-purpose charity that focuses on getting young people into jobs and training opportunities in various industries throughout WA.
The team has been around for over 13 years and has an impressive track record for supporting and retaining trainees (above 90% for three consecutive years) due to their focus on individual needs, finding good people and working hard to keep trainees in their roles.
They work with small, medium and large companies, local councils and government agencies across WA.
They have strong relationships with community groups, schools, job providers and other not for profit groups in every region. They also conduct local community engagement, training and workforce development programs for employers throughout WA.
Together with NUDGE, McDonald Surveys have developed and are currently recruiting an Indigenous Traineeship position to join our surveying team.
As an organisation known for our big heart, honesty and resilience, we believe that our coordination and articulation across diverse operating teams and stakeholders help to deliver the very best client outcomes. To be able to add more diverse and perspective into what we love to do will strengthen our Business Values and promise to our projects and clients.
