INTEGRATED PROPERTY VISUALISATION

Dilapidation for larger and more complex built environments may require enhanced levels of visualisation to capture the necessary detail for successful surveying. Through our relationship with third party vendor Matterport, we are able to offer integrated visualisations through fast and simple 3D site capture resulting in an interactive online experience.

By utilising the 3D site capture, ‘tags’ can be created to identify specific attributes inside and outside built environments in order to offer an enhanced level of visual and factual detail including, but not limited to, areas of potential defect or concern.

The final site capture is delivered through an online platform that generates asset specific URLs to grant secure access for approved stakeholders. In many cases our clients report that the visualisation adds significant value to the day to day planning and schedules, acting as a key reference point both during and post project.
