We acknowledge that different assets present different risks. In order to address this we take a two stage approach to the dilapidation survey process on site. Stage one involves a blend of our Inspective™ software and 2D photographic technology – as used by our specialist dilapidation surveyors – to instantly identify existing defects. Stage two involves an immediate post survey, client-approved, professional assessment of the overall risk level presented by the asset and the asset owner. The project risk level is customised based on our clients risk rating appetite.
This information helps our client to mitigate financial risk prior to, or early in the construction lifecycle and the resulting data can be acted upon through extended community liaison activities.
