Prior to the commencement of major infrastructure upgrades, McDonald Surveys was engaged to undertake a comprehensive dilapidation survey program across residential and commercial properties located within the project influence zone. The objective was to accurately document the existing condition of surrounding assets and provide stakeholders with a clear and reliable record before construction activities began.

Survey teams completed detailed inspections of buildings, structures, roads, and external features that could potentially be affected by nearby works. High-resolution imagery, structured condition reporting, and spatial referencing were used to ensure each property record provided a complete and defensible snapshot of site conditions at the time of survey.
