What is Inspective?

Inspective is designed to remove manual, paper-based process from dilapidation surveying. Its success led to us being nominated as a finalist for the Property Council Australia Innovation Award in 2018.

Inspective is a proprietary cloud software platform that functions as a management system for pre and post-dilapidation inspections. At its heart, Inspective represents our dedication, passion and innovation. Inspective specifically targets three main areas:

• Community liaison
• Accurate asset reporting
• Financial risk mitigation

Inspective allows surveyors to manage company contact information, manage projects and create a unique stakeholder engagement website for each project. It also offers an offline desktop management tool, which allows surveyors to carry out surveys and securely record the data, which is then uploaded to the project database.
