McDonald Surveys are proud to announce that they have been engaged by Great Northern Connect Joint Venture, Laing O’Rourke and BGC, to complete all pre and post condition surveys for residential and commercial properties on North Link Stage 2.

NorthLink WA has a long term vision to cater for the traffic volumes associated with a future Perth population of 3.5 million. The Federal and State Governments have invested $1.12 billion, which will help to improve freight capacity, reduce urban congestion, improve road safety and improve the amenity value for community and road users.

NorthLink WA will take the pressure off the Great Northern Highway by shifting the majority (around 80 per cent) of heavy vehicles over to the new route.

NorthLink WA is being constructed in three sections:

1. Southern Section: Guildford Road to Reid Highway
2. Central Section: Reid Highway to Ellenbrook
3. Northern Section: Ellenbrook to Muchea

McDonald Surveys will be deploying their highly skilled surveying team onto this project and will utilise their proprietary cloud software ‘Inspective’ to realise operational efficiencies and enhanced reporting tools.
